DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC AND
FULTON COUNTY RURAL ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION
NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE TEMPORARY CONSENT TO SERVE
DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Fulton County Rural
Electric Membership Corporation (“Fulton County REMC”) hereby give notice that on
February 1, 2024, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory
Commission for approval of a temporary consent to serve between Duke Energy Indiana
and Fulton County REMC to temporarily allow Duke Energy Indiana to provide electrical
service to 11442 E. 225 S., Akron, Indiana 46910, located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map P-7 in
Fulton County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6 and 8-1-2.3-4.
